Part 1 : Connect Metamask wallet to Remix

Note: To complete this exercise you must first claim some SC_Token from the side chain faucet as outlined here

Step 1: From the Google Chrome browser go directly to https://remix.ethereum.org/

Step 2: Create a new file in the contracts folder called /contracts/bridge.abi with the following contents: bridge.abi

Step 3: In Remix go to Deploy & Run Transactions and select an Injected provider - Metamask from the dropdown.

Next, you should be prompted to log in and connect to your Metamask wallet

Step 4: Verify that the account:

is the same as the account automatically populated in Remix:
