Cardano network blocked by ISP

Problem

Daedalus is displaying a 'Cannot Connect to Network' message. 

Cause

Daedalus cannot reach the Cardano network due to network censorship. Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be blocking this kind of traffic. 

Note that the 'Cannot Connect to Network' message can be caused by a number of problems. See 'Cannot Connect to Network' message article for more information. 

Solution
