IOHK released Cardano SL 1.2.0 and Daedalus 0.10.0 for Windows and MacOS on 29 May 2018. The new release contains new wallet version V1 API, a paper wallet, some improvements and bug fixes, see [ReleaseNotes]. [Cardano_SL changelog], [Daedalus changelog], [github Cardano_SL release 1.2.0], [Daedalus release 0.10.0].[github Cardano master], [Daedalus tree master]. Linux 1.2.0 version is being tested, it will be released in beta when the Quality Assurance team completes its testing.
Please, note that in 1.2.0 we limit wallet names to ASCII characters only. We will provide support for non-ASCII characters in the next release.
Now when 1.2.0 has been released, Exchanges that would like to integrate Cardano SL 1.2.0 can do this following the instructions in the Exchange Onboarding document. Exchanges that run earlier version of Cardano SL can migrate to 1.2.0 following instructions in Migrating from V0 to V1 API section there.
Further updates will continue. In the meantime for more information on the latest Cardano and Daedalus development, please see our weekly update on cardanohub.org.
