Daedalus 4.12.0 release notes

Daedalus 4.12.0 is a testnet-only release that integrates the Vasil-supported Cardano node version 1.35.1.

This release also fixes two issues: a wrong native token amount could be sent in a specific scenario, and installer files were not deleted after the automatic update.

Under the hood, this release upgrades Webpack to version 5.
