Some users have reported issues with connecting to the network as well as synchronization issues when attempting to access Daedalus Rewards. It is important to note that this is a testnet and we have a high volume of users who are participating in the network, so it may not work as smoothly as you would potentially expect the first time around.
Network instability caused by a number of very technical issues.
We continue to make incremental improvements to the network which should begin to fix many of these issues. Your feedback and usage of the network is an invaluable part of this process. As we continue to improve network performance, users will find it easier to connect, synchronize, and begin delegating!
If you are experiencing an issue with synchronization or connectivity, please try the following:
1. Be patient, with the latest changes to the network it can take a while (up to around 30 minutes) for the application to start - it starts the node and joins the network in the background.
2. Closeout of Daedalus completely.
3. Wait a few minutes, and restart the application.
