Lace Stuck on ”Loading...” Screen
Problem：
The Lace wallet gets stuck on the "Loading..." screen and does not open.
Cause:
This issue is typically caused by the Lace extension failing to fully initialize in the browser. It can occur due to:
- The background process of the extension being suspended or not restarting correctly.
- A temporary mismatch or delay in the browser’s extension API during session restore or updates.
- Corrupted or locked wallet storage that delays UI rendering.
Restarting the extension via the browser’s “Manage Extensions” page resolves the issue by forcing a full reinitialization.
Solution:
- Open Manage Extensions
Turn this switch off, and then turn it back on.
(This process will reload your Lace wallet.)
