Withdrawing ada in Lace while utilizing multi-staking delegation
To withdraw ADA in Lace while utilizing multi-stake delegation, follow the steps below:
Scenario
1. Utilizing multi-stake delegation in Lace. The example below is on the preview network, this wallet has three stake keys. Each key represents the amount of stake delegated to a specific stake pool.
2. The three stake keys in question here are as you can see above and below:

3. The issue is when I try to transact ada, I get a similar error message:
In summary, what this error is saying is that one or more stake keys have not been delegated to a DREP (or a direct voter) on GovTools.

Delegating your vote on GovTools
To delegate one or more stake keys on Govtools so you can transact and withdraw your ada:
1. Go to the voting centre in Lace and click Access Gov.Tools
2. Once GovTools has loaded in the browser click connect wallet and choose Lace plugin.
3. Once Lace has been successfully connected, a screen will be displayed like below, showing each of the wallets' stake keys
4. The screen above shows the stakehex of each of the wallet stake keys (see below)

Next, we need to find the corresponding stake key on Cardanoscan.
5. To find the corresponding stakekey as above. Go to Cardanoscan - Cardano Explorer (select the correct network (mainnet, preview, or preprod) and search for the corresponding stakehex
6. The result shows the stakehex and the corresponding stakekey
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 above to match each stakehex and stakekey. Alternatively, you can search the stakekey and match it with stakehex
8. Next, select a stakehex in the list that hasn't been delegated to a DREP and click select
9. Next, click View DRep Directory
10. Choose a DREP and click delegate
11. Confirm the delegation and sign the transaction
12. Repeat steps 8,9, and 10 for each stake key
You can verify that delegation is successful for each staking key by going to Lace and verifying the register button is no longer showing under any of your delegated stake pools
